A month in Paris

Black and White Paris...

I had the opportunity to stay in Paris for a month when I joined a new company and it was a memorable time there. Stayed in Saint Cloud hotel for that month. It's a 3 star hotel though, basic but good enough for my month's stay. The hotel is accessible via the tram from La Defense metro station.
Saint Cloud is a lovely commune where it is supposed to be one of the wealthiest in Paris.

The very first day I arrived in Paris, I settled down in the cosy little hotel and took the tram then metro to downtown Paris. I headed straight to Notre Dame and it is the MUST visit tourist spot for anyone who goes to Paris.

Somewhere along the street in Paris.

Like any visitors to tourist, we are entirely soaked in the rich culture and history of this european capital. There are so many museums and the most famous one is of course The Lourve.

I took many pictures at The Lourve and there I found the Mona Lisa portrait. There were also Monet, Leonardo and many many others which art lovers would spent many hours walking, admiring and indulging in perfection of seemingly never-ending number of paintings.

I love Montmartre.

This was the other museum I visited.

Versailles

Couldn't have missed going to the vineyards. I made a day trip to Champagne and visited the Moet and  Piper Heidsieck vineyard.
